Headstock final look. Restring date 31/0ct/21. 
Changed Dials – Steal / Black* 
Stripped all parts ready for cleaning.
Replaced tone & volume dials with metal ones in black*.
Drilled Neck Bolt Holes out to 6.5mm

After fitting the Nec Tite threaded nut, test the bolts are right length. 
Print is Illegible 
Removed tuning / machine heads
to find Ibanez mounting stud not screws. Would like black machine heads. Anyone know where i can get some good quality ones with this fitting?

Neck build number 7 
Redrilled Neck Bolt Holes on body, ready to fit new NecTite Bolts. 
Replaced Neck Plate for a after
market Black and refitted the neck.
really strong feel to the neck now
and allows better control over the truss rod changes.

Fret board Before Hydration. 
Fret board After Hydration. Replaced original plastic Pickup Covers with Black Steel After market 
Full stage clean of Head-stock and decal added from 
Replaced Strap Nuts with Aftermarket Black.* 
Wiped clean sticker area and added the decal to body. 
Looks Cool. 
Stage#1 Restore Detail on all paint. 
Stage#2 Protect all paint With Guitar Wax. 
Checked all wiring solder connections.
Reglued jack connection to isolate better.
Glued mounting depth screw in place & added an new black jack-plug output plate. 
New Tune-O-Matic bridge arrived.
Replaced pick up guards with
metal ones in black*.
Re drilled holes to accommodate
the wider bridge housings.
Used masking tape to prevent as much paint chipping as possible. 
12mm drill bit, new threaded housings
are about 12.5mm.
Good tight fit, no movement. 
New strings 10-46 D’Addario fitted & tuned to Drop D,
and full setup.
Finished.
